- High Energy Transfer
- The Copper Core is cold swaged into a hex shape, providing high energy transfer performance. The conductive materials are placed exactly where needed, reducing cost and improving performance.
- High Torque
- Significant amounts of fastener torque is required when attaching multiple 4/0 ga (120mm2) cables. Brass shaft devices may fail under high torque loads. Our Copper Core Power Bushing uses a 2/8" (or 10mm) Nickel-plated steel shaft to provide high torque value.
- High Anti-Rotation
- Four mounting holes ensure secure mounting for anti-rotation. Bushing can use round or double-d hole for added anti-rotation and legacy applications. Inner copper core and shaft are swaged into a hex shape and inserted warm, to ensure tight fitting and high anti-rotation, providing 100% stability when fastening cables.
- Multiple Weatherproof Options
- Our CCFB can be ordered with a weatherproof gasket, as well as 232 Series Terminal Insulators. The insulators snap onto the groove ring to prevent accidental shorting, as well as weather resistance to IP65. Both sides of bushing can be insulated.
