Power Posts

Power distribution posts offer a quick and low cost solution to getting power to your devices. We offer several lines of distribution posts, for passing current through a barrier, distributing power to several devices, or allowing for power connections outside a device. All our connection devices offer terminal insulation solutions, to keep your products compliant with industry safety regulations.

8 Point Power Distribution

Our 8 Point Distribution Post is a very popular low-cost power post. With a center post of #10 up to 3/8", this power post can handle almost any size cable. (8) 20 amp connections provide connection points to various devices.

1 Point Power Distribution

Single point power posts can be used to connect power lines or consolidate ground lines. Our single point posts come in large and small base, and have post sizes from #10 up to 3/8". At a very attractive cost, our single point posts are easy on the budget and very popular.

Heavy Duty Single Point Power Post

For stronger and larger cable connections, we offer a heavy duty power post. Our heavy duty power posts are available in 10mm, 12mm and 1/2". Our heavy duty power posts use all stainless steel hardware to stand up against corrosive environments.

Dual Small Base Power Post Holder

Easily fasten 2 small base power posts to a static location. Center divider keeps terminals safe from shorts when installing or servicing connections. Raised platform base lets moisture escape and allows for easy replacement of power posts.

Waterproof Internal Thread Copper Core Bushing

Our waterproof ICB is a step up from our CCB listed below. Featuring waterproof gasket and o-rings, internal testing shows the ICB surpassing IP67. The ICB can pass current through a panel, and will be available as 5/16", 3/8", 8mm and 10mm post sizes. Available in multiple bolt lengths to accomodate various terminal heights, and availble in several colors.

Copper Core Jumper Bushing

More beefy than our APC, the Copper Core Jumper Bushing is a big brother, offering much higher amperage for charging and jump starting devices. Designed with a high current transfer core, our CCJB can pass up to 350 amps @ 12vdc. A fastened cover protects the connections when the jump start connecter is not being used.

Copper Core Bushing

A great, low cost way to pass high current through a panel. VTE uses a highly effective manufacturing technique to keep labor costs down, as well as using the right choice for materials in the conductivity path and fastening roles. These two aspects keep the performance high, while keeping the end cost down.

Copper Core Flange Bushing

Similar to our Copper Core Power Bushing, the CCFB uses a flange mount bushing instead of the threaded body and nylon nut. The CCFB can be mounted with screws or a nut & bolt. It can be mounted in a round hole or double-D cutout. Groove Rings accomodate a 232 series insulator for a small insulated footprint.

Waterproof Pass Thru Post

Similar to our Pass Thru Post listed below, the new waterproof version provides IP67+ dust and fluid prevention. The power post is manufactured with an o-ring internally to seal off the post, a silicone gasket to prevent bypass, and sealing srews to seal mounting points. Available in 5/16", 3/8", 8mm and 10mm posts.

Thru Panel Power Post

VTE took our single point power post, and gave it a facelift. The Pass Thru Power Post can extend power lines as well as pass current through a panel. The Pass Thru line offers post size of 5/16", 3/8" and 8mm, and has 2 classes for commercial and marine applications.
